Staying Motivated!

Since creating this blog I have touched on the subjects of health and goals. I know I have taken a long break from my blog but I’m super excited to start writing again! I am continually changing and as I am getting older I am becoming more and more ware of how important it is to be good to your body by partaking in fitness. Since my new building has a gym downstairs I have had no excuse not to use it so I started going regularly. 25-Instagram-Pictures-Fitness-Motivation-InspirationI’m going to start a 30 day challenge where I’m going to do a daily workout and I’m going to keep you all updated on my journey. I have found such motivation and support on Instagram. I don’t know about you but I love Instagram! If you have though about starting to exercise, there is no better day than today.
